A man on file S arrested for refusing to comply between Paris and Seine-et-Marne. The 27-year-old suspect, originally from Chechnya, had already been apprehended in the area of the Eiffel Tower.
The suspect also allegedly tried to flee when being taken into the police vehicle, making comments in reference to his S file. If the facts resemble a common law offense – the National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor's Office (PNAT) indicates that it is “not seized of these facts”
