An 18-year-old woman files a complaint for rape at Toulouse hospital, a man in police custody. Admitted to the hospital emergency room, she was smoking a cigarette outside when she was accosted by a man.
Shortly after the incident, the man was arrested by hospital security and quickly spotted by surveillance cameras. The suspect, of no fixed address, must be referred this Monday afternoon with a view to opening a judicial investigation into the charge of rape of a vulnerable person.
