A young 18-year-old woman filed a complaint this Sunday, February 11, for a rape that she claims to have suffered on Saturday evening at the Purpan hospital in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne), Le Parisien learned from the Toulouse public prosecutor's office, confirming a information from La Dépêche du midi.
The victim was in the hospital emergency room Saturday evening, when she went out in front of the building to smoke a cigarette around 11 p.m.
She would then have been accosted by an individual with whom she initiated a conversation without him being malicious.

According to the elements reported by the prosecution, the young woman would have guided him to the toilets of the establishment and that is when he would have raped her.
Shortly after the incident, the man was arrested by hospital security and quickly spotted by surveillance cameras.
He was arrested and placed in police custody, where he remained early Monday afternoon.
A rape investigation was opened by the Toulouse public prosecutor's office.
The suspect, of no fixed address, must be referred this Monday afternoon with a view to opening a judicial investigation into the charge of rape of a vulnerable person.
The prosecution requested the provisional detention of the thirty-year-old.
