A man in his fifties, already convicted of sexual exhibition, will be tried for the attempted kidnapping of a 9-year-old child this weekend in Colmar. The events occurred on Saturday afternoon.
According to testimonies, he “pulled this child by the sleeve” to “bring him back to the common areas of the building where he resides” It was a neighbor who intervened and dissuaded the child from following him. The prosecution also requested a psychiatric assessment of the suspect.
