The body of Guillaume Mongin, 27, was found in a trunk in Gondrexange, Moselle. Mongin was reported missing after a walk in the forest in Val-et-Châtillon in August 2022.

There are no more doubts to have, according to information revealed by Lorraine Actu and confirmed by the Metz public prosecutor's office. “It was the DNA that spoke,” deputy public prosecutor Thomas Bernard told Le Parisien.
