Former mayor of Saint-Maur, Henri Plagnol, sentenced to six months suspended sentence. He appeared for complicity in embezzlement of public funds in the affair of false invoices emanating from a subsidiary of Bygmalion.
The Paris Court of Appeal reclassified the facts with which it is accused as “misappropriation by negligence” and explained that it was “a lack of supervision’ and “not a positive act on the part” of 'Henri Plagnols.
