The case, revealed by his successor at the town hall of Saint-Maur-des-Fossés (Val-de-Marne), is now closed.

After years of legal battle, trials, a first appeal, a referral to cassation and finally a final trial, Henri Plagnol (DVD) has just been definitively sentenced to six months in prison.

The former Secretary of State, mayor of the city between 2008 and 2014, appeared for complicity in embezzlement of public funds in the affair of false invoices emanating from a subsidiary of Bygmalion, when he headed the town hall of Saint-Maur .
