The 22-year-old young man, originally from Fontaine (Isère) in the Grenoble suburbs, was confused by his DNA at a rape scene and placed in police custody. The individual is suspected of two rapes, an attempted rape, a sexual assault, acts of violence and an attempted extortion.
The toll of the “scooter rapist” would thus amount to seven attacks in less than two months, but according to information from Dauphiné Libéré, an eighth case could be added to this list.
