A new proposal for the StVZO provides for the abolition of the defect loop. Owners of older cars in particular fear: the general inspection (HU)! If the car fails, there is no new sticker and an expensive follow-up inspection is required. The Federal Ministry of Justice is currently examining the legality of the proposal.
