The victim was found gutted Thursday morning in the common areas of a building in Clichy-sous-Bois. A man, aged around forty, was brought this Saturday to the Bobigny courthouse (Seine-Saint-Denis) He was to be indicted for murder before being presented before the judge of liberties and detention in the evening.
During the hearings, this man denied the facts. He says the victim lived at his house and they were both drunk. His compatriot left his apartment for an unknown reason.
