A man, aged around forty, was brought this Saturday to the Bobigny courthouse (Seine-Saint-Denis).
He was to be indicted for murder before being presented before the judge of liberties and detention in the evening.
This man is suspected of having stabbed his roommate to death on Thursday morning in the common areas of his building in Clichy-sous-Bois.
It was 5:40 that morning when the police were called to number 4 of the Bois du Temple residence by a resident who had just discovered the injured victim lying in the common areas.
When help arrived, the injured man, aged 41, stopped breathing.
His body has several knife wounds.
“He was truly gutted,” explains a source close to the case.
The firefighters tried to resuscitate him, in vain.
