Collision in Baltimore: why the theory of technical damage is favored. The container ship “Dali” hit a road bridge overlooking the port of Baltimore (United States) during the night from Sunday to Monday.
According to a provisional report, six people who were on the bridge at the time of the collision were still being sought in port waters. Two of them were recovered alive on Tuesday and are expected to be released from hospital on Wednesday. The investigators' first hypotheses pointed to a technical damage to the ship.
