The suspect, a repeat offender, was tried in court on Friday. The theft took place on Monday February 26 in the evening while an engineer from Paris town hall, in his forties, was traveling by train to Creil (Oise). As he leaves his seat, he realizes that his bag - placed in the compartment above his seat - has disappeared.
