The family of the scooter driver who died on March 13 during a chase and his surviving passenger accused each other. A joint complaint with the constitution of a civil party was filed for “intentional violence leading to death without intention of causing it” It follows the fatal collision between a scooter and a police vehicle which occurred on Wednesday March 13 in Aubervilliers (Seine-Saint-Denis) on Avenue du Président-Roosevelt.
The first died in hospital a few hours after the accident.
