Last Friday, a joint complaint with the constitution of a civil party was therefore filed for “intentional violence leading to death without intention of causing it and aggravated voluntary violence against X”.
It follows the fatal collision between a scooter and a police vehicle which occurred on Wednesday March 13 in Aubervilliers (Seine-Saint-Denis) on Avenue du Président-Roosevelt.
Wanys drove the T-Max, Ibrahima H. accompanied him in the back.
The first died in hospital a few hours after the accident.
