Johanne and her husband Julien were stuck in traffic in Quimper, Finistère. The 26-year-old gave birth in her car, just after the Kerustum roundabout.
“I was a little scared because the umbilical cord was wrapped around Nolan's head and he didn't cry right away because he was having trouble breathing,” she told Ouest-France. The 4.065 kg baby and his mother were then welcomed without incident to the maternity ward.
