Formula E opens up to young people with the NXT Gen Cup - World Motors. The first race, awaiting final approval from the FIA, will be held on 13 and 14 April in Misano, the first European stage of the world Championship.
The car used, called LRT NXT1, is fully electric, and was developed and built by the Lestrup Racing Team, based on the MINI Cooper SE. The traction is on the front wheels, the power is 180 HP, with 60 HP more when the push-to-pass functions are active.
