Hennessey will celebrate Venom GT's record with new venture - Mondo Motori. It's February 2014 and an aggressive yet little-known supercar, named Hennessey Venom GT, becomes the fastest car in the world with a top speed of 435.311 km/h.

The new Venom F5 optimized for this feat exceeded 270 miles per hour (434.522 km/) on the runway of the Shuttle Landing Facility, formerly NASA, at Cape Canaveral in Florida. It does so by beating the record held by the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport which at the time had stopped the photocells at 432,688.
