Highway 431 is blocked and the huge traffic jams on Highway 1 will continue at least until tomorrow. The problem was already identified last week.
Teams of the tributary routes are now working to strengthen the protection of the road with concrete castings. Only at night will it be decided whether it can be opened to traffic, or whether the severe disruptions will continue tomorrow as well.
