Musk's Neuralink company implanted the first chip in a human brain - voila! technology. The research will test the functionality of the interface, which allows people with paralysis of all four limbs to control the devices using only their thoughts.
The company's efforts stalled last year after the company was accused of causing unnecessary suffering and death to dozens of animals in experiments, which led to an investigation by the US Department of Agriculture for allegations of animal cruelty. Only last May the FDA granted the company final approval.
