A 25-year-old woman died of her injuries after being hit by a vehicle on March 31 in Brest. The incident took place at the access ramp to the city's commercial port.
The driver of the vehicle went to the police and was indicted. He is currently in pre-trial detention following a decision by the judge of liberty. The collision took place shortly after 1:40 a.m. near the commercial port of Brest, near Russia's Black Sea coast. In addition to the deceased woman, another 26- year-old man was struck down by the car.
