A 29-year-old man was arrested this Saturday while threatening people with a knife in the city of Lyon. Born in Bron, a town adjoining Lyon, the arrested person was placed on S file for reasons of “prevention of radicalization linked to Islam” He is listed as someone “likely to be dangerous to himself’.
The arrested individual would be followed in a hospital specializing in psychiatry. Three people were injured, one seriously, before the attacker was subdued and arrested.
