Michelin aims to eliminate CO2 production by 2025 and to eliminate that in Michelin factories by 2030. 10 new tires will be presented from March 2024: a new model for cars, three dedicated to world of motorcycles.
Respect for the environment is one of Michelin's five founding principles, with the first "green" tire being produced in 1992. "We are clearly faced with the climate change and today it is no longer enough to produce sustainable products," says Marco Do, Michelin communications manager.
