Michelin certificate for 29 fleets for sustainable tires - New Tech. The sustainable management of the tires of freight transport fleets has effects on the environment, but also on the safety and profitability of companies.
The 29 fleets that received the certificate saved a total of 3,355 tonnes of CO2. and 1,224 tons of raw materials, the amount of resources needed to produce approximately 17,500 tires. In 2024, the fleets monitored were 74 companies for a total vehicle fleet of approximately 26,500 trucks.
