Chita Rivera was an actress, singer and musical star. She is best known for her role in the play "Suburban Story" and the plays "Chicago" and "Kiss of the Spider Woman" Rivera holds three Tony Awards.

In 2009 Barack Obama awarded her the Presidential Medal of Freedom. In 2018 she won a special Tony Award for her life achievements. She was born in Washington and died at the age of 91.
