Richard Stornello spent 48 hours in police custody after hiring a henchman to try to scare his tenant. Owner of a 60 m2 apartment on the Promenade des Anglais accuses his tenant of never having paid the rent and of having changed the lock the day after he entered the premises.
Placed under judicial supervision upon his release from police custody, no longer has the right to approach his apartment, nor to speak to the tenant. The latter's wife was reportedly threatened with rape.
