A 26-year-old man and his 21- year-old partner are suspected of having committed violence against their four-month-old infant. The baby was taken on March 5 to the Necker hospital on rue de Sèvres in Paris (15th century) Doctors noted that the child had serious injuries, including several fractures to the skull but also to the wrists.
They also noted, after a brain MRI, a rupture of the bridging veins, the main characteristic of shaken baby syndrome.
