Paris: suspended prison sentence for business manager who rented her apartments to prostitutes. Tried for “real estate pimping”, a 56-year-old woman was sentenced this Tuesday by the Paris court to seven months in prison with a fine of 30,000 euros.
The case dates back to the summer of 2018 and follows an anonymous tip reporting people engaging in prostitution in one of these accommodations. An investigation is then opened and entrusted to investigators from the pimped repression brigade (BRP) of the Paris judicial police.
