At the helm, Rosa has all the makings of a good woman in all respects.
Elegant black dress, silky brown hair falling over her shoulders, this 56-year-old business manager has been at the head of a company with “exponential” turnover for around fifteen years.
“I import family-produced fruits and vegetables from Spain to France,” explains the fifty-year-old, originally from Andalusia, with a strong accent.
Activity which allowed him to build up a nice real estate portfolio of 7 apartments and studios in the capital.

However, it is this same Rosa who was sentenced this Tuesday by the Paris court to 7 months in prison and a fine of 30,000 euros for “real estate pimping”.
The case dates back to the summer of 2018 and follows an anonymous tip reporting people engaging in prostitution in one of these accommodations.
An investigation is then opened and entrusted to investigators from the pimping repression brigade (BRP) of the Paris judicial police.
And quickly, Rosa's apartments are placed under surveillance.
