Kamila Grabska, a 36-year-old Irish woman, had her compensation claims rejected by the courts. She took her insurance company to court to obtain 760,000 euros in damages to compensate for the injuries she suffered after a car accident in 2017.
But a judge at the Limerick High Court has just rejected her application after photos of her resurfaced via social media. In these images, we can see her participating in a Christmas tree throwing competition in January 2018. She managed to throw her tree 1.50 m, which won her the competition in the women's category.
