A new star will appear in the sky over the course of a week. The nova will emerge from nothing in the constellation of the Corona Borealis.

It will suggest, as its name suggests, that it is a new star. But the so-called T Coronae Borealis already exists and is known to scientists. Every 80 years, this star simply gains in brightness and becomes visible to the naked eye. A spectacle that we can only contemplate, at most, twice in a lifetime and which will take place between now and September.
