11,000 owners of commercial properties in Gush Dan will receive notice of their expropriation, and the beginning of discussions on compensation. The project includes three lines, M1, M2, and M3, which will expand and complete the three light rail lines and the Israel Railways tracks between Kfar Saba in Sharon and Rehovot in the Lower Shafala.
Officially, the project is supposed to cost NIS 150 billion, practically, estimates in the industry already stand at a cost of at least NIS 200 billion.
