The story of the three abductees who escaped and were killed by IDF fire will be turned into a movie. The film will be directed by Doron Eran and will be produced in collaboration with Hollywood producer Tomer Almagor.

Part of the film's profits will be dedicated to commemorating the victims. The mother of the late Yotam Haim and Iris Haim, and the father of Alon Shamriz, the late Avi Shamriz are helping with the research work and writing the script.
