Christopher Aouni was acquitted on Thursday February 15 by the Var Assize Court, which judged him on appeal for an assassination committed six years earlier in Marseille. This man, aged 38, was accused of having fatally shot Saci Labidi, in March 2018, in an association premises in the Consolat city.
He received a thirty-year prison sentence at first instance in this case. The alleged killer of “Ronaldo”, shot dead during a settling of scores between traffickers, has just won a battle in the close fight between him and justice.
