Christopher Aouni was acquitted on Thursday February 15 by the Var Assize Court, which judged him on appeal for an assassination committed six years earlier in Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône).

This man, aged 38, was accused of having fatally shot Saci Labidi, in March 2018, in an association premises in the Consolat city, in Marseille (15th), against the backdrop of a settling of scores between drug traffickers.

He received a thirty-year prison sentence at first instance in this case.
