A 14-year-old was brought before a children's judge for having threatened to kill by telephone a teacher at a college in Seyne-sur-Mer. The proceedings concern death threats "against a public service official", said the public prosecutor of Toulon, Samuel Finielz.
The prosecution requested the placement of this teenager under judicial supervision with a curfew and monitoring by the judicial youth protection services. Only one of the three minors is being prosecuted for death threats against the teacher, explained the prosecutor.
