A few days after the murder of Father Roger Matassoli on November 4 in Agnetz (Oise), a crucifix sunk in the throat, the troubled past of the 91-year-old priest resurfaced. Languages are untied and three people denounce the acts of pedophilia of the abbot. Daniel Neveu, former divisional inspector on the PJ antenna in Creil, also remembers having investigated the priest following a complaint, filed by a young man in 1984, for acts of pedophilia which he said he had suffered then that he was still a minor. But at the time, the investigation was closed without follow-up. A bitter memory for the old cop, now retired.
