(ANSA) - CAGLIARI, MARCH 3 - Tragedy in the countryside of Gesturi, in southern Sardinia, where a 15-year-old boy died after being precipitated with a tractor on a cliff. The parents are breeders and the boy was probably used to going up on the farm. He was walking down an interpoderale road when, perhaps because of a distraction, he ended up off a road between five and ten meters deep.
The tractor overturned by crushing the boy and ending up against the wall of a sheepfold, breaking it down. It was the families who raised the alarm. On the spot icarabinieri arrived and 118 with the helicopter rescue. Despite the difficulties due to the difficult terrain, the helicopter managed to land and the doctors immediately reached the boy, trying to revive him. But there was nothing to do.
