Chef James Seasoned Churrasco Pirate Tacos Recipe

There is a great variety of tacos, and today we are going to show you a recipe that you are going to love: pirate tacos .

Chef James tried this dish on the border between Mexico and the United States and fell in love with the taste, so now he shares his recipe for pirate tacos with churrasco , seasoned with his secret ingredient that you can find in his Honest Farm by Chef James spices that already they can buy online.

Ingredients:

- 8 flour tortillas

- 1 pound beef brisket cut into small 1/2-inch pieces

- 1 tablespoon Honest Farm Spice marinade

- Juice of 1 lemon

- 1 cup of grated gouda cheese

- 1 onion finely chopped

Preparation : 

Season the meat with salt, pepper, marinade and lemon juice, mix with the finely chopped onions and let it rest for about 10 to 15 minutes. 

Then olive oil in a pan and we begin to brown the meat with the onion, meanwhile, in another pan we are heating the flour tortillas over low heat. 

Once the meat is cooked, we place it inside each of the flour tortillas to taste. Add a little gouda cheese on top, fold in half to form a crescent, and then let the taco heat up a little more in the pan to make sure all the cheese melts.

Pirate tacos are originally from the city of Monterrey, Mexico, but they have become very famous in the United States, ideal for a Taco Tuesday!
