The bad news for employees: According to the study, a third of the skilled workers are not compensated for the additional working hours.

Less overtime for employees in tax advice and public administration
According to the evaluation, the
fewest hours of overtime are
worked by

tax advice or auditing

Comparatively few overtime also make therefore employees of the
public administration
(an average of 1.95 overtime), the
health unit being

social institutions

Of course, there are also gradations within the individual industries and groups.

The number of
overtime hours
also increases
in
higher income
brackets,
” according to one of the findings, according to the report.
“While skilled workers with an annual salary of up to 20,000 euros work 1.9 hours of overtime per week, those with over 120,000 euros work an additional 6.8 hours on average,” it says there.
Managers "with over 120,000 euros a year" would work more than ten hours of overtime per week.

Employees between the ages of 30 and 39 would work 3.1 hours overtime.
After the age of 60, employees stayed in the office around 3.7 hours longer per week.
