Franco Smith, coach of the Italian rugby team, has made official a list of 32 athletes called up in preparation for the debut in the Six Nations 2021, scheduled for Saturday 6 February at the Olympic stadium in Rome against France.
The Azzurri will gather in the capital on Thursday, following the official presentation scheduled at the CONI Hall of Honor at 12 always on Thursday.
Among those called up are Tommaso Allan, Callum Braley, Ignacio Brex, Marco Riccioni and Federico Ruzza who will remain at the disposal of Benetton Treviso and will join the group only on Sunday 31. Smith relies on the same structure of the group that represented Italrugby in the last autumn international window, in addition to four newcomers and two 'guests'. In the squad of the squad, Riccioni, Traorè and the rookie Manfredi are seen in the front line, while the second lines Ruzza and Favretto return to the blue meeting.
