ProSieben presenter Linda Zervakis is very happy about a change in her work life: "I've worked shifts for almost 20 years and sometimes I still wake up at night and think: Oh God, should I be at the morning magazine now?" during the day: "Do I have to go to the station tonight?" You can't find out that quickly, Zervakis told the editorial network Germany (RND).

It had been clear to her for a long time that she did not want to work in shifts all her life.

"Also because I noticed that my circulation no longer coped well with it," said the moderator.

"Whenever there was something on TV about sleep laboratories and the impact shift work had on the body, I switched it off - I preferred not to hear what I was doing to my body."

The 120 minute long format is produced in a studio on the ProSiebenSat.1 site in Unterföhring.

The show with Zervakis and her colleague Matthias Opdenhövel is about stories behind the news.

Voters and top politicians should get into conversation.
