    The pass has been checked by all ministers and inspective staff at the entrance to the government headquarters for the Council of Ministers, while until now it has been accessed with a negative swab at the meetings of the CDM. For those who enter by car from the rear gate in via dell'Impresa, verification is done manually, through the appropriate app. For officials and external staff, but also for journalists accessing the press, the green certificate is scanned by electronic turnstiles and unlocks access via badge.
