The battle for "who has the cheapest" is gaining momentum, and now Check2Fly, which until now operated Corona tests before a flight at Ben Gurion Airport and was replaced by Test2Fly, breaks the price of the latter (NIS 89) and offers tests for only NIS 75.

In the video: The new corona regulations will come into force: At the Ben Gurion Airport testing complex, preparations are being made for the summer months (Walla system!)

The competition for corona tests in Israel in Israel is gaining momentum, when today (Tuesday) Check2Fly (from Omega) announced that it will charge NIS 75 for a pre-flight PCR test - the cheapest price in the country at the moment.

The price reduction comes as a counter-reaction to Test2Fly (from Panjia), which is currently replacing the first one with the operation of the test system at Ben Gurion Airport and charges a price of NIS 89 per test. Test2Fly height more than double the price.

However, the corona test, which cost NIS 75, will be conducted at a new location - 3 Habarzel Street in Tel Aviv (Ramat Hachayal). Receipt of a reply within 14 hours from the date of the test. This coming Sunday (14.11.21) the company will launch another test station in the Airport City complex near Ben Gurion Airport, first slow tests, and only on Tuesday (November 16) they will be faster (14 hours until a response is received). Those interested in a very fast test (up to 4 hours to receive an answer) will pay a price of 135 shekels.

The two new test stations will operate 24/7 and provide fast and slow tests.

The two new testing complexes will join Check2Fly's new stations located in the Azrieli Mall and the Dizengoff Center Mall in Tel Aviv.

More places for a discount (relatively)

Corona tests before other flights, but at a slightly more expensive price, you can also do at various Super Pharm branches - where you will pay 119 shekels for the test and 89 bags for lifestyle card holders. Such tests are also held at Shufersal's B chain, and the price you pay is NIS 139 per test or NIS 115 for Shufersal club members and even cheaper - NIS 95 - for cardholders who buy for NIS 100 at the store.

What you need to have before flying abroad

Every person going abroad should fill out an exit form and show a negative corona PCR test in the English language given to him / her by licensed companies. The test should be performed up to 72 hours before the flight, however there are differences between each country and country (some countries require a test validity of up to 48 hours).

Passengers returning to Israel must, as usual for the time being, perform the corona tests through the Pemi Premium company at Ben Gurion Airport.

As you may recall, yesterday the Ministry of Health and Tourism announced a change in the route for tourists to enter the country, which will require "only" two vaccines for foreigners, but accompanied by a series of additional restrictions, such as daily antigen adhesives in Israel and PCR every three days, and only for groups of up to 40 people.

The lone tourists are currently left unanswered or unable to enter the country when their vaccination expires in December.
