I'm not vaccinated. Can I enter a closed mall area from now on?
Yes, starting Monday morning you will be able to enter the mall area for essential stores only - i.e. pharma stores, optics stores, stores selling medical supplies, supermarkets, containers or supermarket branches.
Anyone who is vaccinated and shows a green mark, or shows a test, will be able to enter the other stores.
The malls will operate in a purple character format, according to the occupancy ratio of one person every 15 meters, and in the essential stores according to the ratio of one person every seven meters.

Which stores will be operated under the green label?
All the stores in the mall, except the essential stores mentioned.
For example, all fashion stores, cafes and restaurants will need a green label.
This is an entrance to stores with an area larger than 100 square meters, and the entrance to them, as stated, will require a green sign, both in open complexes, in malls and in closed shopping complexes. The green sign obligation will also apply to the employees in these stores.
What are the differences between the guidelines in the catering complexes in the malls and what has been until now?
Entrance to restaurants located inside a mall will be allowed by presenting a green sign only.
Until now, it was possible to sit in the outer area of the restaurants according to the purple mark, and in the inner area according to the green mark.
Now, the entire complex of catering and fast food in the malls will operate according to the green label.
Will it be possible to sit in the fast food complexes inside malls?
No.
The food stalls in the malls will provide service to customers subject to the presentation of a green label, and will not allow seating but only self-collection.

How is it determined who is studying in class and who is studying in zoom?
According to the decision, grades 1-2 in red and orange localities - where the number of students who received the first vaccine dose will be at least 70% - will study frontally. Classes with a vaccination rate of less than 70% will study online, zoom. The decision will apply In middle and high schools (seventh-twelfth grades) immediately.
The same is true for elementary schools (grades 1-6), where the decision will take effect starting in another three weeks.
How do I know the color of the authority where I live?
The Ministry of Health publishes every week on Wednesdays the latest list of localities according to the colors of the traffic light, with the list coming into effect starting on Sunday, for a week.
How do you know if there is a 70% exemption for isolation in the school where my child attends?
The Ministry of Education reflects the data to the school principal, and it informs students about the study format at each institution.

What happens to special education students and youth at risk in authorities defined as red and orange?
