Oil closes sharply in Ny, $ 108.43 (-12.3%)

(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 09 MAR - Oil closes with a sharp slowdown in New York, where prices drop by 12.30% to 108.49 dollars a barrel.

    There was also a sharp decline in natural gas on the Amsterdam market.

The price per MWh fell by 27.35% to € 155.88, while in London the drop was 26.96% to 373.8 pence per thermal unit (Mmbtu).
