High tension in Jerusalem at the funeral of Shireen Abu Akleh, the reporter who was shot to death two days ago in Jenin during a fire fight between Israeli soldiers and Palestinian militiamen.
Upon leaving the hospital, a riot occurred when the police prevented the reporter's coffin from being hoisted over the shoulder by a group of people.
The coffin swayed and almost fell to the ground.
Later, placed on board a vehicle, the coffin reached the Jaffa gate and was transported to the nearby Greek-Melkite church, while police officers were busy preventing the display of Palestinian national flags.
