(ANSA) - TOKYO, June 23 - The Tokyo Stock Exchange opens the session with a slight increase, despite the retracement of US indexes, with investors watching with fear the risks of an economic recession and the moves of the Federal Reserve to contain the rise in inflation.
At the opening, the Nikke posted a rise of 0.22% to 26,208.32, and an increase of 58 points. On the currency market, the yen is stable against the dollar, just above 136, and depreciates to 143.80 against the euro.
