(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 07 - The work to release the tax credits on the Superbonus starts from an amendment to the Aiutiquater decree, currently under examination - according to what we learn - also by Palazzo Chigi.
The proposal first signed by Claudio Lotito provides that the credits are to be considered "as attributed to the supplier who applied the discount on the consideration and to the transferees of the original title and regardless of the amount of the tax deduction in favor of the relative beneficiary".
Receivables, it reads, "should always be considered as existing, fully due and legitimately offset by the supplier and assignees".
