Chocolate makes you happy, and so does mousse au chocolat!
Especially if it's homemade.
With the original French recipe, preparation is very simple.
For chocolate lovers, there is probably no greater pleasure than dipping a spoon into the fluffy, creamy mass of mousse au chocolat and then letting the French dessert melt in your mouth.
But you don't necessarily have to wait for the next restaurant visit before you can enjoy your favorite dessert again: With the original recipe from France, you can make the mousse au chocolat yourself easily, quickly and cheaply.

3 eggs
100 g dark chocolate
1 packet of vanilla sugar

Mousse au chocolat - easy, quick and inexpensive to prepare according to the original French recipe
Separate the eggs.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath.
Add the egg yolks and vanilla sugar to the chocolate and stir well.
The egg white is then whipped into snow and as soon as it is stiff, the chocolate mixture is folded in.
Fill the mousse au chocolat into glasses and put them in the fridge for at least two hours.
