Mousse au chocolat - easy, quick and inexpensive to prepare according to the original French recipe

  • Separate the eggs.

  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath.

  • Add the egg yolks and vanilla sugar to the chocolate and stir well.

  • The egg white is then whipped into snow and as soon as it is stiff, the chocolate mixture is folded in.

  • Fill the mousse au chocolat into glasses and put them in the fridge for at least two hours.
